Italian Corduroy Quilted Shirt Jacket in Chocolate

I feel satisfied with this purchase. Glad I got it heavily discounted, not sure if I would feel the same if I’d paid retail. Something that surprised me about this jacket was the length of it - I took a medium, my typical size, and the bottom of the garment, in the front, is at the bottom of my fly. I think at first I felt the proportions were off, but I’ve gotten used to it. It’s offset by the fact that there are fairly aggressive scoops on the side, and the fit is generally trim (as far as a down jacket can be), which gives the length an intentional look, otherwise it would look like you’re wearing a bag. As far as warmth goes - totally fine. I’m wearing I with a mid weight wool sweater underneath on a 20 degree Fahrenheit day and feel comfortable. Style is cool. I like the vaguely Western/utility style of it. Corduroy has a slight sheen to it in a certain light, but I think this may dull with time.

This shirt is medium warm, feels substantial but not heavy, and I’ve received a number of compliments on it. I love the rich chocolate color.
