SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping and returns on orders over $150 within the continental U.S. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am-7pm. All delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipping Options:
UPS Next Day - Delivered the next business day after leaving the warehouse.
UPS Second Day Air - Delivered within 2 business days after leaving the warehouse.
UPS Ground - Delivered within 5-6 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Shipping times are calculated from the time of dispatch. Although we strive to minimize delays, we cannot take responsibility for delayed orders due to Payment verification or Customs Clearance.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipping costs vary by the destination country and the weight of your order. All shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price. You will not need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact customer service as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If any part of your order is not the right fit, or simply isn’t what you expected, please contact us so we can organize your return and exchange as quickly as possible.
All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", or "Clearance" are non-returnable.
Please ensure all items are returned new, unused in their original packaging and with all TODD SNYDER and any other designer garment tags still attached.
