The Baird family business was established in 1912 on Ireland’s picturesque northwest coast in Donegal. Today, Baird McNutt produces some of the world’s finest linen out of the Shankbridge dyeing and finishing works, which was originally built in 1798.
One of Ireland’s oldest and last remaining linen mills, Baird McNutt is nestled on the banks of the Kellswater River, in Donegal. It weaves some of the world’s best linen, using modern technology and 200-year-old traditional Irish techniques, in a factory built in 1798.
Got for my partner and it fit perfectly in store. He is 6'6" and 230lbs, got the XL, and it was just barely the right length, but after washing on delicate and air drying, it fits a little tighter and shorter unfortunately.
