Inspired by a vintage British military style, our modern update to the Gurkha Trouser is a bestseller. It’s back for the season in lightweight denim with a bleached-out wash — soft and drapey, it gives these tailored pants a casually cool look. Design details include a double-pleated front and an adjustable, self-belted cummerbund-style waist that’s meant to sit slightly higher than a typical pant would. The fit is relaxed through the upper section of the trouser and tailored through the leg. The beauty of the gurkha is that its structure and shape instantly dress up any outfit, even if you’re only throwing on a tee.

Underwhelmed

Pro:

- A stylish gurkha trouser. The light fabric makes it ideal for summer.

Cons:

- Inseam measurement is mislabeled. The measurement on my 30/32 pair was roughly 28.5", nowhere close to 32".

- Quality of the fabric is not competitive at this price point.

- Quality of construction is not competitive at this price point.
