MOSCOT’s optical roots were first planted in America by Hyman Moscot, who arrived from eastern Europe via Ellis Island in 1899 — upon his arrival, Hyman began selling ready-made eyeglasses from a pushcart on Manhattan's lower east side. Today, MOSCOT creates timeless eyewear backed by nearly 125 years of expertise and unparalleled craftsmanship.
