I have a few chamois over-shirts that I have worn over the years, but this one is special. The chamois fabric is delightfully soft and warm, and I love the richness of the color (wine). The ample cut is perfect to wear over even long-sleeve t-shirts and it is sufficiently cozy to wear on cool days in the Northeast. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that I’m not a huge fan of the cape yolk-style pockets. I nearly always carry a pair of reading glasses with me and I find that I’m always fussing with the flap to get them into the pocket. Admittedly, this won’t be a problem for most. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.

The shirt is a very soft, drapes well and the color is very versatile. It is a good weight for layering in the fall over a regular shirt/polo. While I am 6'4" the medium fits me well.

The best thing about it is the material. Thick, soft, Portuguese cotton. Excellent for layering but not oversized. A little more room than slim fit, but I would size up if I wanted it to fit more like a jacket. I may need another.

I love the fabric and the fit of the peppercorn is fantastic! However, I bought the green in the same size and the arms are about 2 inches longer and the body wider. I'm going to try to exchange/rebuy because I like the peppercorn so much that I'd love to have more colors. I was conflicted on how many stars, but I would recommend people give it a try!

Great fit. Worn as an over shirt at the shop. Good for layering up. Typical TS quality, very good.
