This chic crewneck was inspired by a vintage Woolrich artwork. It’s knit from a soft-but-strong virgin wool; the ram itself is jacquard (which means it’s knit right into the sweater), while the white details are embroidered on top. The collar, cuffs and hem are ribbed, and it has a relaxed fit, with a natural, slightly dropped shoulder.
Woolrich has been part of the fabric of the American outdoor lifestyle for nearly 200 years; the company provided blankets to Union soldiers during the Civil War and designed the Arctic Parka that kept Admiral Richard E. Byrd warm on Antarctic expeditions. Now, as Creative Director of Woolrich’s Black Label, Todd has designed a collection of rugged yet luxurious takes on the brand’s iconic styles that marry Woolrich’s innovative technical fabrics with sartorial flourishes.
