        The Alden Shoe Company was founded in 1884 by Charles H. Alden in Middleborough, Massachusetts. Alden has manufactured exceptional men’s shoes for over 120 years. The top-grade smooth leather used in the uppers is selected from the finest tanneries in the world and then hand-stained and polished to the classic patina that is the hallmark of the custom bootmaker's art.           The nicest shoes I own

          I’ve purchased shoes from plenty of high-end brands, and this is the nicest pair I own by far. You can tell the quality is on a different level the minute you take them out of the box. They’re heavy and substantial, and supremely comfortable. Have bought 2 more pairs of Todd Snyder x Alden loafers since.
