        Our Walking Jacket combines a few things Todd loves: the clean, tailored look of a woven coat and a utilitarian (but luxe) Italian fabric — specifically, a poly-cotton blend that’s lightweight and water-resistant, from the experts at Olmetex. Three large pockets and functional cuffs give it a classic, practical look. The slightly slouchy but still chic fit puts this jacket firmly in the outerwear category; throw it on over a tee now and a sweater later before heading out the door during the transitional season ahead.

        Olmetex is a world-renowned mill in Como, Italy. Established in 1954, it sets the standard for innovative, high-quality, and sustainably-made technical fabrics.

        The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

          Versatile

          The jacket is versatile, wear it with a sweater or just a polo shirt, there is room. It is definitely a transitional jacket. The material is light, not as thin as a windbreaker. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Todd Snyder, they are beyond helpful and nice. The clothes are well made and the fabrications are well thought out.
