Timex is bringing back a bold timepiece that’s no stranger to the spotlight. Favored by a certain '90s icon who knew a thing or two about leading with style, the Timex 1995 Intrepid Reissue is a modern-day reissue of a dive-inspired timepiece from the ‘90s. This iconic reissue comes to life through the combined efforts of Timex, Dimepiece, and Foundwell—three forces united by a shared passion for timeless design. Its defining features include a substantial 46mm stainless-steel case, unique crown placement at 4 o’clock, a robust black synthetic rubber strap, and a clean white dial with an angled reflector ring and prominent hour markers. Adding to its functionality is their INDIGLO® backlight for night visibility, activated by a dedicated bright green pusher on the case side beside 9 o’clock, and a slide rule bezel featuring logarithmic scales that allow you to tackle calculations such as multiplication, division, percentages, and other unit conversions. And with 100m of water resistance, this timepiece is made for the man who dives right in—whatever the pursuit.

Timex was originally founded in 1854 in Waterbury, CT as the Waterbury Clock Company — the business was relaunched in 1950 under new ownership (the name is a portmanteau of Time magazine and Kleenex). Waterbury is in Connecticut's Naugatuck River Valley, which, at the time, was the center of America’s clockmaking industry and was known as the "Switzerland of America.” Timex watches combine precision European clockmaking techniques with streamlined designs and American ingenuity and durability, all of which helped them become the heritage brand they are today.

Stylish and affordable sports watch

Smart looking watch that doesn't break the bank. Love that it's mildly water resistant, while also having good looks. The light feature is surprisingly bright.

Intrepid

For some reason I thought Timex was American made and it’s looks were intriguing and sophisticated. For my misfortune on the country of manufacturing, I give a zero, as for looks I think a four would do.. it’s feels light for the size too. For the money ok. I will recommend it to everyone 😎

The rubber band is thick and pliable. Easy to read dial. Very light, and durable. I'd love to order another one, but it appears to be out of stock.

Love the watch

Comfortable fit, good weight to it without being "heavy" on the wrist. The bright white face is an eye-catcher for sure.
