        Our Wythe Trouser is a casual take on the traditional pleated trouser in an oversized but tailored fit. A natural waist and double reverse pleats (which face out, away from the fly) lead to a relaxed fit through the legs for a vintage-inspired look. They’re crafted from an Italian wool-linen blend woven at Subalpino mill, with a crisp, smooth finish in a classic pinstripe. Try wearing them with a Point Collar Dress Shirt when you’ve got something formal on the calendar, or dress them down with a tucked-in tee or Sweater Polo.

          Nice Summer Fabric

          It's the standard Wythe trouser which either works for you or not. The higher rise and greater comfort provided by the double pleats work for me, as does the larger hem. Mileage will vary.

          The fabric, a linen-wool blend, is nice and works well. It won't be as wrinkle free as pure wool but it's far better than pure linen. Some wrinkles but no big deal. The fabric isn't soft, the linen adds a bit of crispiness, but it feels nice against the skin. The fabric also seems quite breathable, which is the whole point of the blend (hard for me to say at this point, it hasn't been that hot).

          I was concerned that the stripe would make the pants less versatile but the pattern is subtle this isn't an issue.

          If you like Wythe trousers you will probably like these quite a bit.
