To make that happen we have free shipping & free returns on all orders for customers within the US. If there’s something you don’t like or that doesn’t fit, it’s not a problem. Return it to us for an exchange or a full refund.
We offer USPS and UPS for our international customers. Upon checkout you'll see options according to the country you're shipping to. We do not charge taxes or duties on international shipments so you will most likely be paying fees at the customs office according to local law. In most cases all orders received by 2PM EST ship within two business days with holidays and weekends being the exception.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping and returns to our international customers. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product we ask that you send us an invoice of how much it costs to ship the defective product back and we will credit you.
All sales are final and non-returnable on items marked final markdown and/or non-returnable.
Returns are free and easy for our customers in the US. Items you're returning must be sent back to us new and undamaged and must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
