Our international shipping rates include both transportation and import fees including customs, taxes, and duties. Please note: International shipments are routed via a forwarding company. In some cases, you may see your order arrive and depart from our forwarding service’s main hub in Kentucky.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping and returns to our international customers. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product we ask that you send us an invoice of how much it costs to ship the defective product back and we will credit you.
All sales are final and non-returnable on items marked final markdown and/or non-returnable.
Items being returned must be sent back new, undamaged and within 45 days of purchase.
Steps for returns
If the piece you order doesn’t fit, or simply isn’t what you expected, just contact us and we'll tell you where to send it and get you the new item as quickly as possible.
