Our philosophy on clothes shopping online is it should be as simple and easy as trying your clothes on in a showroom.
To make that happen we have free shipping & free returns on all orders for customers within the US. If there’s something you don’t like or that doesn’t fit, it’s not a problem. Return it to us for an exchange or a full refund.
Free Shipping
Shipping is always free for our customers in the US.
In most cases all orders received by 2PM EST ship the same day with holidays and weekends being the exception.
Orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse and typically get delivered to he NYC Metro area within 1 day of shipment.
Free Returns
Returns are free and easy for our customers in the US.
Items you're returning must be sent back to us new and undamaged.
Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Steps for returns
- Pack up the items you want to returning in their original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip.
- Attach the return label to the package and hand it off to the return shipper(usually UPS).
- Typically it takes 2-3 business days after delivery to us for the item to be received back in inventory and another business day to process a refund.
Exchanges
If the piece you order doesn’t fit, or simply isn’t what you expected, just email us and we'll tell you where to send it and get you the new item as quickly as possible.
