Quality Issue, Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased this shirt expecting that the quality would be inline with the price. Unfortunately my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
After 3-4 wash cycles, the buttons on this shirt started falling off. I reached out to the customer service team only to be met with indifference and a complete lack of assistance. I asked if it was possible to send a few replacement buttons and was informed that no replacements were available and that they “apologize for the inconvenience”. No other solution was offered and I am now past the return window. Now I either have to throw the item out or completely replace the buttons with a different matching set.
Save your money and steer clear of Todd Snyder. There are plenty of other reputable brands that deliver quality and stand by their products.
