The silhouette is based on the classic navy reefer jacket from a century ago — the large lapels could be popped up and closed with a throat latch to seal a mariner in from the elements. Todd has kept these old-school elements and then given everything a luxe upgrade in a chic Italian fabric made from a soft, plush blend of wool and alpaca. Design details include two flap pockets at the wearer’s waist and then two slanted, hand-warmer pockets closer to the chest, as well as tabs at the sleeves that allow the wearer to adjust the aperture of the cuffs.
