The king of coats. The be-all and end-all of cold-weather dressing. An ode to outerwear. This luxurious balmacaan is crafted from a rugged brown wool Donegal. The balmacaan itself is a Scottish style, named for an area near Inverness where it’s thought to have originated in the 19th century. Our take honors the classic fit — long and relaxed, a true topcoat. The utility-inspired detailing includes two patch-and-flap pockets at the hip and a generous ticket pocket. The collar lays flat; button it all the way to the top and pop it for a close, warm fit.

Perfect winter wardrobe addition

This item is the excuse I’ve been looking for to wear a warm, cozy blanket but in style. It is so easy to put together an outfit that looks great with this color. The brown Donegal Wool adds a really cool touch of depth and complexity whether I’m in joggers and a hoodie, or dressed for the office. Love it. Size Small was perfect for 40chest, 31 waist, 5’9’’

I receive MANY compliments on this topcoat. Nice and warm for here in Buffalo. XXL fit me fine. I am 6'0 and 235. With all on-line shopping make sure you inspect it when it arrives. My bottom button was dangling by a thread. A quick fix by my wife and good to go. Great looking coat!
