One-of-find, found-object religious talismans sourced from antique markets around the world.
Named after all the sisters in Mark's life – mothers, aunts, grandmothers and friends – the medals represent the hopes and prayers that come with family, whether given or chosen. All medals have been gathered throughout the artists' life while he wason the road traveling with musician Rufus Wainwright on world tours. These were found in the antique markets of Ireland, England, the Netherlands, France and Spain.
*Please note that these are one of a kind pieces, composed of vintage charms from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.
