Bonus: the added silk helps it pill less than pure cashmere, so it’ll always look fresh. The fit is perfect: tailored, but full enough to layer, with a buttonless collar; the placket is a little long, for a casual look, but tacked partway to make it easy to wear to the office. Tonal tipping at the ribbed trim gives this elevated basic a chic, retro-inspired look.
