Fabulous fit
These pants have a fabulous on-point cut and fit that sits perfectly between baggy and slim. They slouch, they puddle and the fabric is fabulous. These are my favorite pants now.

Inspired by our Favorite Chino, this sartorial update on the classic chino is a great way to rock a timeless style deep into winter. It has a relaxed fit with a full, stovepipe leg, and is versatile enough to be worn professionally or casually. The fabric is a sartorial, rugged wool Donegal, which refers to cloth where small pieces of yarn in different colors are woven in at random to create a soft, heathered effect. These are unlined, but the fabric is soft enough that you don’t need to worry about overly itchy wool against your legs. By the way: there are matching jackets for both colors (a Bomber and Cardigan, to be precise) if you want to make it a set. Matching Charcoal Donegal Bomber and Brown Donegal Cardigan Available

I now own a number of pants from TS, and these, -by far- are the absolute best. They are both simplistic and sophisticated dressed up or down (depending). Everything is as it should be. It’s everything you could want in a comfortable, great quality pair of pants. The best part is the weight of the wool along with its softness, both inside and out. It’ll definitely take you from late fall and straight through winter. The tailored, relaxed fit is roomy without being sloppy or frumpy. My only suggestion or recommendation is that TS not disappoint anyone and continue with this style, cut, and quality for fall/winter 2024 in 2-3 different colors, AND possibly add a handsome houndstooth version as well.
I am a huge fan of the relaxed selvedge chinos and this fabric is the perfect translation of that cut, as something about the exceptionally and surprisingly soft tweed falls like a dream in this cut - it feels like and Anglo-Irish country house visit with Elizabeth Bowen. An exceptional pair of trousers with a shout out to the dapper and fab Q at Bryant Park!
been looking fora pair of soft, flat front wool pants forever.
