Our Sutton Suit Jacket offers a spin on a tailored sports coat; if you’re looking for a suit that doesn’t feel like a suit, you’ve found it. The fabric — a fine navy corduroy with a hint of stretch for comfort — is from Portugal. This two-button jacket features design details like a partial lightweight lining (an excellent choice for warmer fabrics) and pick-stitching at the lapel, which gives it a handmade feel. The overall effect is clean and tailored, refined, but still easy-wearing. Corduroy is great for feeling comfortable but looking put-together — wear this with the matching Sutton Suit Pants to the office, or pair it with denim and a hoodie for a smart weekend look.

Duca Visconti is a famed Italian mill in the foothills of the alps that’s been making corduroy, velvet and other exceptionally well-crafted fabrics for nearly 200 years.

I sooo wanted to love this suit!

Except it is A LOT of look when you whoosh into a room. It isn't businessy, and I am not cool enough to hang with people who wear corduroy suits for play clothes, so I returned it. I couldn't imaging when I would have the right occasion or place to wear this. BUT the color, cut and fabric are all very, very nice. Maybe if you lead an exciting life--in Pitti, perhaps---and need a rich looking corduroy suit to wear to the market? Alas, it wasn't me.

Nice color, conventional cut

After a trip to the tailor the jacket fits really well. I'm a 44" R and it came really boxy in torso. After shortening the sleeves and having the sides taken in - it now looks/fits like the slim model pictured here. I purchased the pants along with the jacket and have a denim dress shirt already so it'll be a versatile addition to those cool fall/winter outings. Thanks to the sale alert I was able to get the suit at a fantastic price.
