Our traditional chore coat gets an update in handsome Japanese selvedge. The basic silhouette — crisp lines, an easy fit and three patch pockets — remains the same. The key is that fabric: sourced from Japan, it’s a lightweight denim (just 11.5 ounces) in a warm shade we call Whiskey. A rugged-meets-refined layer, it’s versatile enough to wear anywhere, open over a button-down on sunny days and buttoned-up over a sweater when the weather’s cool.

This is my new favorite item of clothing. Amazing cut and dyed denim, love it mightily
This jacket is a super useful/versatile weight and color, it is starting to get softer with use, it is not overly casual like a jean jacket but not so "smart" as to feel overly dressed up.
