Inspired by a vintage British military style, our modern update to the Gurkha Trouser is a bestseller. It’s back for the season in an Italian fabric, a lightweight cotton that's been garment dyed for a nice casual flair — durable, breathable and comfortable enough to see you from spring and into summer. Design details include a double-pleated front and an adjustable, self-belted cummerbund-style waist that’s meant to sit slightly higher than a typical pant would. The fit is relaxed through the upper section of the trouser and tailored through the leg. The beauty of the gurkha is that its structure and shape instantly dress up any outfit, even if you’re only throwing on a tee.

Been having these on my radar for a while and finally pulled trigger after going on sale. Wanted an addition of a pair of (darker) navy, elevated trousers with a relaxed fit to update my wardrobe and these delivered on that front. Wonderful trousers that fit like a glove. I have about a 31.6" inseam so these pants worked for me length wise and the waist was perfect, with the buckles giving you a little wiggle room. Expect lots of heads turning and compliments. I had to size up slightly on this model (I'm typically closer to a 34 waist, had to bump to 36 for these). But I absolutely love the Italian Gurkha Trouser. It's a perfect staple piece to have in the wardobe for dressing up or down.
