Rubinacci was founded in 1932 by Gennaro Rubinacci who, considered an arbiter elegantiarum by young friends from a good family, was constantly consulted for advice on the cut or the fabrics to choose. The constant participation in the dress rehearsals of the Neapolitan nobility became such a popular event that Gennaro Rubinacci began to fantasize with the idea of creating his own workshop and that was how he opened the London House.
