I normally where a large quite comfortably, but heard people complaining about it being too small so I ordered an XL. Still too small! I'm not even a professional weight lifter. Gah.
I'm 5'9 - 185LBS and the Large is a great fit, super comfortable - no need for a t-shirt under. Wish they had larger stock on other colors!
