The gloves were fine but the fact that no gift receipts were available was a major disappointment. Even discount stores offer gift receipts when asked. So I shouldn't have been subjected to an attitude by the salesperson who informed me that gift receipts were not available for some unknown reason. No apologies were given. It put a huge damper on my buying experience and makes me think twice as to whether I would ever enter the 26th st flagship store in Manhattan again. The salespersons at the Rockerfeller Center store are much more helpful.

I expect to use these wool glove a lot next winter. They are a backup set this winter.

Next winter I may replace this winters' set with the Hestra set. Fortunately they

fit my hands and are not too snug, unlike many I have ordered online.

They look great and feel better. Warm and comfortable and for the price, a smart purchase.

High quality wool glove in olive. Right fit, keeps my hands warm and the wool doesn't feel itchy.
