Sun-Faded Midweight Turtleneck Sweatshirt in Army Green

Allow me start off by saying I'm definitely not one to write reviews. However, I love this turtleneck so much and would like to share the reasons why I love it with you. How much do I love it? I have it in about 8 different colors....eggshell mix (an off white color that was an option last year,) olive grove, bronze brown, and dark cobalt are a few recent favorite colors.

Quality

Someone might look at the price tag for this and say "no thank you" however, if you can afford it or even get it on sale, I feel I would confidently be able to tell you that it's worth every penny. It is made of a quality fabric (in this case french terry) that can withstand plenty of washes and maintain its shape. The fabric is thick and has a good weight to it. It's thick enough to wear on its own on a cool fall day or layered under a shirt jacket on those more chilly days in the winter. Think of a pair of your favorite sweatpants made with a thick Terry cloth, except in turtleneck form. Color fading over time is of course inevitable. The oldest of these turtlenecks in my collection is navy colored and somewhere between 2-3 years old and I still wear it proudly to this day. It's held up well with little to no loss in quality. Yeah, the color has faded some, but I think that's all part of the charm. I'm someone who appreciates the look of certain products as they age and get worn. Like a good pair of boots or your favorite t shirt for example. This is one of those products.
