A quality, gorgeous piece.

What you pay for, is what you get. And you are paying for a really quality piece of neckwear. The photos do it justice. It has a lovely texture, smooth hand and it ties an elegant knot with a sturdy dimple.

The manufacturer didn't skimp either: they used solid silk for the inner facing-that's a rare trait for knit ties. I see you Todd Snyder :) The majority I've ever had, the manufacturer threw polyester on there (not like I own nearly 30 of them, or anything).

What's more, these aren't the big clunky, out-of-date 3+ inch wide ties, but skinny ties. Which gives them a more refined look; trendy, but still classic somehow.

This particular color goes well with a light corduroy suit.

Suit, shirt & tie

I bought a Todd Snyder gray pinstripe suit, white pinstripe shirt and the Italian silk knit tie in khaki to “tie” it all together. I also look forward to wearing the suit with a recently purchased Todd Snyder black ribbed turtleneck this winter. Another winning purchase from Todd Snyder, all of which now dominate my wardrobe.

I like to style this one with a narrow collar dress shirt and my unstructured, cotton blazer.
