Our Relaxed Tuxedo Trousers are a casual take on traditional tuxedo pants in a modern, oversized and pleated fit. An adjustable satin waistband and double reverse pleats (which face out, away from the fly) lead to a relaxed fit through the satin striped legs for a vintage-inspired look. They’re made from a luxurious three-ply linen that we call “sueded,” because of its exceptionally soft handfeel. Traditional linen is crisp and dry; here, the fabric undergoes a rigorous finishing process, which results in a far smoother feel but retains all of the linen’s breathability and drape. Better yet, it’s less prone to wrinkling, too — which makes it the perfect way to suit up for summer wedding season.

The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

The shirts in La Buena Vida are crafted from carefully sourced fabrics, woven using heritage techniques at some of the world’s finest mills (like delicate voile, made from cotton, linen, and ramie and woven in Italy and India) and feature embroidered details.
