Shrinkage

Sales person stated he had the same shirt and dried with high heat several times and noted “little to no shrinkage”. I purchased M instead of S so that even if a little shrinkage occurred then it would still be fine, as the shirt was $300 and I wanted to make sure it could be safely laundered. After single wash and dry on medium heat there was dramatic shrinkage and new shirt is now unwearable. A well meaning sales person at the Northpark mall in Dallas location unfortunately gave bad advice.
