        Fancy a nightcap? This chic, versatile sweater polo is crafted from a linen-cotton yarn — it has the subtle luster and dry handfeel of the linen, but the softness and tension of the cotton, so it won’t stretch as much as a pure linen garment might. It’s knit in an exaggerated rib stitch, with a tuck needle in the middle, and has a gently relaxed fit. In short, it’s the perfect transitional piece — layer it over a tee or tank or under a jacket on cooler days, and wear it all on its own when the temperature rises.

        The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.
