Chambray Linen Madison Suit Pant

Inspired by all the classic elements of a chino, our design team created the Madison Suit Pant as a casual take on the tailored, pleated trouser. A natural waist leads to a relaxed fit through the hips and thighs before tapering at the calf. It’s crafted from a black Italian linen that comes to us from the famed Sondrio Mill and is made for year-round wear. Pull on a pair to elevate a humble hoodie or tee, or top with a dress shirt and a sport coat (like the matching suit jacket, perhaps) for a more formal look.

Founded in 1975, Subalpino is a family-owned mill in the Northern Italian region of Piedmont with an unwavering commitment to quality.

Okay

Nice color, weight and design to paint. Fit was tighter in waist and shorter in length in comparison to other brands. Otherwise, tailoring of the pant with the pleat is fabulous. My main qualm with this suit, however, is stitch/button quality, which is a shame at this price point. One pant button cracked in half and one suit button unstitched the first time I wore it. That’s bad and I likely won’t buy another suit from TS because of it.
