Khaki Plaid Flannel Shirt

I recently purchased this shirt (along with one of the two-pocket flannels) and returned it. While the colors were nice and the fabric was soft, the fabric was extremely thin relative to the competition and the shirt had loose threads in many spots. The quality seemed extremely lacking given the price point. Also, the shirt is advertised as being made in Portugal (a well known spot for quality shirt-making), but the tag said it was made in Mauritius, which explains a lot. Might make for a nice layering shirt underneath a sweater, but lacks substance to stand on its own in my opinion.

Living in the Pacific Northwest having the classic buffalo plaid flannel shirt is a must. Todd Snyder has taken this trend to a new level. The shirt is comfortable, stylish and I get so many compliments on it. True to size. I would recommend this to anyone.

I like this shirt so much I bought it in 3 more colors but the red is my favorite. It's a vibrant red, exactly as pictured. I am 6'0 140 lb. and like my clothing fitted. I bought this in both SM and MD, i'm somewhere in-between but liked the SM best. The shirt itself is super soft, warm, and washes well. I like that the color is buttoned in 3 places, helps to keep shape which can be a problem with flannels. Wears well layered, not sticky like a corduroy.

I followed the size chart recommendation and ordered a size Medium. I love the shirt. It feels good and I had already planned on what I would wear to match it. Unfortunately, the size Medium was too large for me.

Therefore, 4-stars!

Really love this shirt and would’ve given it 5 stars if the slim fit was a bit more tailored - it’s still full in the chest. Fabric is high quality though - looks and feels like cashmere!
