It gets a triple-shot ofsprezzatura thanks to details found in Neapolitan tailoring: a natural shoulder, double vents and patch pockets. There’s also a chest pocket known as abarchetta (Italian for “little boat”) because the sleek curvature of the pocket resembles a small skiff. Fabric and fit are perfect and I like the “soft” construction with no padding. Works with jeans as well as s slacks.
I started seeing these advertised all over the web and hesitated to pull the trigger because the price was so much lower than similar unstructured Italian tweed jackets from other makers. I finally took the plunge and frankly I'm blown away. The fit and finish is perfect. The jacket is soft and drapes like one that costs 4x as much. I've found a new go-to and I couldn't be happier.
