Fed Ex lost the package in transit. I spent over 2 weeks trying to get customer service to help with this issue. The tracking information had it going in circle between 2 Fed Ex locations which I mentioned to them repeatedly via email. After several requests and over a week, TS reached out to Fed Ex. TS did not respond to me, even after a second request for information. I then called TS, a rep told me that it appears to be on a truck, when I asked for confirmation, I was told I could just cancel the order. This is the second time Fed Ex lost my TS shipment. The Todd Synder in store staff are amazing to work with but their online team seem to have no interest or urgency in helping to resolve issues.
