This automatic stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust was made circa 1984 and is in excellent original condition. It has a silver dial with black printing and white-gold markers, which give it a classic look. All the original lume plots and hands are intact and have aged to a lovely pale lemon color that shows evenly under UV light. It’s fitted to its original Rolex Jubilee stainless steel bracelet, with removable links in place; they can be taken out to make the bracelet smaller, or the included extra original links can be added to size up.
This watch is powered by a Rolex, Swiss-made, twenty-seven jewel automatic caliber 3035 movement — the same one that powered the majority of all Rolex models, from the Datejust to the Submariner. It comes with the more ergonomic “Quick Set” date function and a smaller profile case, both of which were introduced in the 1970s. However, this case still has its spring bar holes exposed from the side, a feature that was eventually phased out in the early 2000s.
Because this watch is a vintage, one-of-a-kind piece, all purchases are final sale and excluded from any promotions.
