I purchased these for weekend walks around town with my wife. I believe these boots have the ruggedness to do more but I doubt if they will ever see that type of activity on my feet. I purchased them site unseen but hoped for the best.

They are a comfortable fit right out of the box. I anticipate the wear will improve with time as the heavy lug soles break in but I am impressed with how great they feel walking in when brand new. I have walked quite awhile and I am happy with how these boots feel

I feel the shoe runs on the small side. I hesitate to give it 5 stars because I have only had them a short while and a rating that high needs to carry recognition of durability. These shoes have superior build quality so I hope they will be a long term 5 star performer

If available I highly recommend this boot
