        The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

          Perfect Fit and Addition to my Jacket Game

          I'm 6', 180lbs with athetic, fit build. 40" chest, robust shoulders and arms. I looked through fit guide and the size small's measurements looked correct. I ordered a medium as well to be safe. The size small fits me perfectly for a tee and/or a long sleeve button-down. I love the cut, the color and the quality of this jacket. It's looks and feels classic. Ive worn it many times and it has not stretched or changed its fit, which is awesome.

          The medium also fit fine, just looser than I like to style my clothing. If i was planning on wearing a hoodie underneath then this size would perhaps work best. I mention all this as there are times that Todd Snyder sizing can be unpredictable between items. Lately, using each items sizing guide has been spot on for me.

          Hope my info helps other customers—this jacket is absolutely fantastic.

          The way the shoulders and collar sit are perfect. It has a very masculine stance which works well for this design.

          I’m surprised this isn’t as or more popular than the suede trucker jackets!

          Great piece

          Love this jacket, I use any excuse I can to wear it. The bottom line is - the people are obsessed with corduroy and it is a style that will always receive compliments and attention from both men and women. My girlfriend lets me know how much this jacket compliments my overall outfits; and random men on the street act as if I had just shared the secrets of creating fire when I whisper the word “Corduroy” when they stop and ask me about my jacket.

          My one critique would be that I wish the pocket buttons did look as cheap as they do, but that is a personal opinion and not one expressed by anyone who has stopped to ask me about this jacket.
