Italian Wool Balmacaan in Brown Buffalo Check

This luxurious balmacaan is crafted from rugged and subtly textured Italian lambswool, woven in a vintage-inspired brown buffalo check. The balmacaan is named for an area near Inverness, in Scotland, where it’s thought to have originated in the 19th century. Our take honors the classic fit, long and relaxed, a true topcoat. The collar lays flat; button it all the way to the top and pop it for a close, warm fit. Our balmacaans are largely unlined, both because it’s traditional — and because we’re not afraid to show the exquisite details of their construction up close and personal.
