This Made in USA Selvedge is Blackthorn's most premium jean - woven at Vidalia Mills in Vidalia, Louisiana. Vidalia is quickly becoming famous among aficionados for its “farm-to-yarn” denim as the cotton is locally grown, then woven on Vidalia's vintage Draper X3 looms, many of which were acquired from the late iconic White Oak Mill in Greensboro, North Carolina. It takes about two hours for each of these machines to weave enough fabric for one pair of jeans. The denim is rope-dyed in genuine indigo and then cut and sewn in Los Angeles.
