They’re crafted from a breathable wool and linen blend with a dry handfeel, from the renowned Sondrio Mill in Italy; the subtle black-and-gray pinstripe goes with almost anything. A single reverse pleat at the front helps tame the extra volume for a full but tailored look. Try them with a tank and a short-sleeve Camp Collar or Cabana Shirt worn open, as a layer.

    A Solid Short

    I am a sucker for a pinstripe and love how breathable the fabric is. The drape strikes the perfect balance between being flowy and tailored. The description of the fabric is very accurate, but the “dry” part does make the waist band a tad scratchy if you wear a shirt untucked, so I took off one star. If I had sized up, I bet that wouldn’t have been a problem though. I am a 30” waist and the small was a tad snug.
