Plus let me add that I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size the week before Christmas and they had the return processed and replacement shipped and delivered "Before" Christmas! I own two pairs of Birkenstock Arizona's already. What I like about the taupe/suede particularly is the color and the rough texture make them very low key. The Arizona's are surprisingly versatile but this pair is perfect for the beach and boardwalk.
