The Montauk is a luxe upgrade on a classic “board short” or “baggie.” Details include an elastic waist, a fine mesh liner, a gray/black drawcord with metal tips, two side pockets, a self-draining back pocket with a velcro closure and key holder (so you can secure your car key before hitting the surf). The inseam is 5 inches and meant to hit at mid-thigh. These have been designed to look equally chic whether you’re on land or in the blue room.

Great cut

I'm 5'7", just under 160 lbs and in pretty good shape. I bought the small and the medium because that's where I seem to fall in most TS stuff. I ended up returning the medium. There wasn't a huge difference in the 2 sizes but I felt the small just looked more fitted around the thighs. The material is typical bathing suit nylon, but the cut is perfect...at least for me. Not too long or short and usable pockets!
