For the latest style in his long-running collaboration with New Balance, Todd Snyder is introducing a special collector’s edition of the legendary 997 running shoe. The Triborough 997 taps into nostalgia for what was a state-of the art sneaker whenit debuted in the Nineties while reimagining it as a sleek piece of footwearfor the modern gentleman. One of the most salient features of this new 997 is that the large signature “N” logo on the side panel has been replaced with a subtle “Flying NB,” a rare archival logo that appeared on the sneaker when it first launched and then vanished soon after.
