Lambswool Cricket Sweater in Bisque

The sweater is lovely; however, it was delivered in a box without being covered in paper, plastic bag, nor inner packaging, The box was open along the side in transit, and there was a huge stain which made it unwearable. But, due to policy that sale items cannot be returned, regardless of the state in which it was delivered, I am now the recipient of a $180 sweater with a stain that cannot be removed. Given this issue I do not plan on buying anything else from this site.

I'm not sure what's going on with this sweater. The fabric is exquisite but the sizing is unlike what I've experienced before with TS. I purchased this first in M, my regular size, and was swimming in it. Nowhere close in sizing to the cashmere crewnecks, turtlenecks, and wool sweaters from TS I already own. I got the S and even that was too big. I suspect even the XS would fit on the larger side. Maybe that's the look they were going for but it's definitely not for me. Had to return it, sadly.

I wear this everywhere. It's modern casual look is preppy but relaxed. I've got several compliments on it and it's warm when cold and comfortable when it's warm out.
