Size runs really, really large...bummed out.

So I waited awhile to pull the trigger on this jacket and absolutely love it - so why the 1 star? because it's huge, I ordered a Small based on the guidance - for reference, I'm 5-8 and 164lbs - and will definitely need an X-Small...total bummer.

What's going on with mens sizes, seems like things are all over the map and are we so huge now that Medium is now X-Small? Anyhow, so bummed...I have zero tolerance left for this sizing returns.

Love it

Love the look, warmth, and comfort. Sizing is a little odd, closed to LL bean then they’d have you believe. I’m usually a medium in most LL bean things. I got this in medium, I’m 5-9 and 175-180 with 42ish” chest. It’s a little snug in my shoulders, but fits everywhere else perfect.
