Todd wanted a midweight sweatshirt with a soft hand feel, and this new style is the result. The fabric is a loopback French Terry meaning the exterior is smooth while the interior has the long, absorbent threads. Archival Champion details include a raglan sleeve, a left chest pocket that is hand-cut and hand-pressed using a special mold prior to application.
Good fit, I'm 5'11 180lbs and in very good shape. I was worried it would either fit too tight or a bit too loose but it's a great fit. Shows off my chest and shoulders in a nice subtle way. The color is true to the online photos faded but not overly so.
Quality, comfortable and classic!
Not as sun faded as I hoped, more just solid blue colored. I size up as my regular size is way too small/short. Still probably my favorite sweatshirt, can definitely feel the weight/quality but at $100, I would hope so.
I bought 2 sweatshirts, both being large but different colours, however the sun added blue was marginally tighter on me than my other sweatshirt of the same size.
