This trail cap is made from a water-repellent Italian nylon ripstop, crafted by the experts at Olmetex, a world-renowned mill established in 1954 in Italy’s Como region. Ripstop is a military innovation, often used in uniforms and parachutes — it’s woven using a special technique that creates a fine crosshatch pattern, making it both lightweight and incredibly resistant to tearing. A shock cord adjuster at the back ensures the perfect fit.

The hat looks nice and the material is what I was hoping for, but the shat is not one size fits all. I have a larger head and this hat isn't close to fitting, even all the way opened up, the circumference is at least an inch too small. I wear a 7 3/4 fitted cap.
