        This is a classic topcoat with a sartorial, Todd Snyder twist. The fabric is a handsome Italian wool with a rugged, gutsy feel. It features premium detailing, including a classic double-breasted front and plenty of practical pockets. The fit is full and oversized, for a chic, on-trend look that layers beautifully. It’s designed to hit below the knee and looks equally good thrown over denim and a sweater as it does paired with trousers and a button-down or a full suit.

        The sweaters in La Buena Vida are all inspired by mid-century styles, layering in different old-school details: an extra tab closure at the hem, tapered waists, extended collars, vintage-inspired patterns, and more.

          Ordered a medium (im 5’10” 190lbs) & fits great - can certainly fit heavy sweaters or a suit underneath. Well made, very warm for cold New England winters. Plenty of pockets on the inside too

          Best wool coat on the market

          I cycled through wool coats from premium brands for months, but this one is perfect; the weight and drape of the wool are buttery, construction quality is well-beyond the price-tag, and the very slightly oversize fit give that blanket-feel but still keep a tailored silhouette. Couldn't recommend this one highly enough, and find any excuse to wear it.
