Disappointing Sweatpants
These are the most expensive sweatpants I ever purchased and they were a big disappointment. I bought them because they are all cotton. Rather than being soft and comfortable the fabric is rough and scratchy inside. I'll be gifting them to the local Goodwill store.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Portuguese Terry Sweatpant. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the fabric quality was so disappointing, especially since these were a significant investment for you and you specifically chose them for their all-cotton construction. We understand how frustrating it must be when you expect soft, comfortable sweatpants and instead receive something that feels rough and scratchy against your skin.
The comfort and feel of our terry fabric is something we take seriously, and we want our customers to feel confident that they're receiving pieces that deliver the luxurious, soft experience they expect from premium sweatpants. Your feedback about the rough interior texture is particularly concerning given the price point of these sweatpants and highlights an issue with the fabric quality that falls short of what our customers deserve.
We know how disappointing it is when you invest in what should be your most comfortable sweatpants, only to find that they're unwearable due to fabric texture. This type of quality issue is unacceptable and understandably affects your confidence in the value and craftsmanship of our products.
Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback about the fabric quality. Your experience helps us identify critical areas where we need to improve our terry construction and finishing processes to ensure our sweatpants meet the comfort standards our customers expect.
Best,
The Todd Snyder Team
