This is a double-cotton jersey crochet, knit in Italy. Though not sheer, it has a lightness to it that makes it exceptionally breathable. This particular take has a vertical stripe pattern woven directly in (known as a jacquard). It clocks in at a lightweight 150 grams per square meter.
