Woven in Italy at Sondrio Mill, this fabric — known at the mill as “alpiere” — is made from pure virgin wool. The high-twist construction gives it a dense, clean, and crisp handfeel. Weighing in at 400 grams, it has a good amount of structure, with a fluid drape that keeps it from feeling stiff despite its density.
